  • Unboxing Video Required:

    • Record a continuous, unedited video while opening the package.

    • The video must clearly show:
      ✓ The package
      ✓ Shipping label
      ✓ Product inside
      ✓ Any relevant details

    • This helps us verify the issue quickly.

  • After reviewing the video and details, we will decide whether a replacement or refund will be issued.


Return Shipping

  • If the mistake is from our side, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • You must follow the return instructions provided by us to ensure proper processing.


Important Note

  • We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

    • Products damaged due to misuse

    • Wrong product ordered by the customer

    • Missing unboxing video proof
